1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of greyhaven.ai, our writing, feeds, forms, and other online materials we make available through the website (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Grey Haven LLC ("Grey Haven," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
2. What the Site is for
Grey Haven is an applied AI venture studio. The Site is intended to describe our work, publish writing and research, and let founders, domain experts, operators, engineers, vendors, and potential partners contact us.
The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, investment, medical, professional, or technical advice for your specific situation. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to invest, or a commitment to enter into any partnership, employment, vendor, or commercial relationship.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the public Site if you are at least 18 years old, can form a binding contract, and comply with these Terms. Unless we separately agree in writing, the Site and related services are intended for people and organizations located in the United States or its territories. If you access the Site from another location, you are responsible for complying with local law.
If we make account-based tools or private services available, those tools may be subject to additional terms, agreements, or access requirements.

Grey Haven names, logos, and related marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

If you submit a contact form, email us, send a pitch, propose an idea, or provide feedback, you represent that you have the rights needed to share that information with us.
Unless we have signed a separate written confidentiality agreement, submissions are not confidential. Please do not send trade secrets, regulated data, or sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it under appropriate protections.
You grant Grey Haven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submissions as needed to review, route, respond to, evaluate, and follow up on them. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Site or our work, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate any law or third-party right;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or related systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks;

9. AI-related content and outputs
Some materials on the Site may discuss AI systems, include examples, or be prepared with AI-assisted workflows. AI-related content can be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for independently evaluating any information before relying on it.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Haven disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or available at any particular time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Haven and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, contractors, advisors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Haven's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us to use the public Site, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grey Haven and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, contractors, advisors, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Site in a way that could harm Grey Haven, others, or the Site.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before either party files a claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Grey Haven regarding the public Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.
